Dean Johs
Director and Coordinator for the SEARCH Program.
Dean is a Math Teacher and Golf Coach at Mandan High School. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministry and Youth Ministry from the University of Mary. He also has started a Masters Certificate in Spiritual Direction from St. John's University. Dean has been involved with the SEARCH program since 1988 and has been Program Coordinator since 2014. During his free time, he enjoys fishing, golf, and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Search Spiritual Director
Fr. Ben Franchuk
Spiritual Director for the SEARCH Program and Pastor of St. Charles Parish, Bowman, St. Mel's Parish, Rhame, and St. Marys, Marmarth.
Fr. Ben Franchuk is a priest of the Diocese of Bismarck ordained in 2021. Since ordination, he was assigned to the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, along with teaching religion at St Mary's High School, for 1 year. He was then moved to his current assignment, along with being Spritual Director for SEARCH. His passion and love for the SEARCH program come from his experience of SEARCH as a youth, and his joy in helping youth encounter Christ.
